Biography

Presentation / fictitious cover :

"Post-Electro with macerated texts

Living in 2153 has one advantage: you can't help but revel in the sound produced by the resonance of an amplified neo-steel cranium or the unusual vibrations escaping from a recycled plastic cyberesophagus. Urban Hybrid is a band that knows how to play FROM and WITH its own members, and vice versa. Not content with making the most of their genetic mutations - still suffered as a handicap among humans a few decades ago - and hijacking recent nanotechnological advances to transform their bodies into instruments, their lyrics play on words and score a point every time. A scathing, uncompromising and paradoxically sad assessment of an age in agony, of a race that no longer wants to live, but can't seem to die. A crescendo without false note from the first to the last minute, on a very, very rare synthetic vinyl support. A must-listen.

"Post-Electro with macerated lyrics

Living in 2153 has this benefit: one can only revel in the sound produced by the resonance of an amplified neosteel made cranial cavity or the freak vibrations that leak out of a recycled plastic cyber oesophagus. Urban Hybrid is a band who knows how to play their members' appendages and the reverse. Not satisfied with the gain they made of their genetic mutations -still suffered as a handicap among human beings some decades ago- nor with the hijacking of the recent nanotech progresses that allowed them to transform their bodies into instruments, their lyrics play with words and strike every time. Cynical state of play, without concession and paradoxically without sadness, of a dying era, of a race that doesn't want to live anymore but doen't get to expire. A seamless crescendo from the first to the last minute, on a very very rare synthetic vinyl. To listen without delay.

All images are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, even in part.

Shipping Policy

Shipment generally takes place within 3 working days of order placement. An additional delay may occur in the event of business travel. The buyer will be notified by e-mail of any such delay.
Prints are - as far as possible - sent flat in cardboard or protected packaging. Prints larger than 35x50cm are sent rolled in triangular-section cardboard packaging (known as a "tube").
Delivery times may vary according to the carrier (La Poste - Lettre Suivie/Colissimo) and the artist cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery. The buyer will receive a follow-up e-mail from the carrier in the case of a Colissimo shipment.

Return Policy

The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the work. The work must be returned, at the customer's expense, in undamaged condition, protected in its original packaging, to the address provided.
