Terms and conditions of use
These original prints are hand-printed, with subtle variations possible between each impression. All are numbered and signed. A certificate of authenticity can be provided upon the buyer's request. The engravings are protected by copyright, and any reproduction is prohibited.
Shipping Policy
Delivery times may vary according to the preparation time required to pack the works, which can take from a few days to a maximum of one week. To this must also be added the time required by the carrier, which will be handled by La Poste by Collissimo, or by lettre suivie in the case of very small formats.
If for any reason the shipment of the order is delayed, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone. Kim Coz cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery by the carrier.
Return Policy
The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the artwork. The work must be returned by the customer in undamaged condition, protected in its original packaging, to the address provided. Kim Coz will then reimburse the customer within a maximum of 30 days of receipt.
If the work is returned in poor condition or after the legal deadline, no refund will be possible.
