Terms and conditions of use
The engravings are authentic works of art in limited editions, numbered, signed, and embossed with a stamp. A certificate of authenticity is provided with the artwork, specifying the title, date of creation, technique, color, format, edition number, and the type of paper. Shipping takes place within 5 to 10 business days from France, depending on the delivery times of La Poste or another carrier. As such, the artworks cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping.
Shipping Policy
The artworks are shipped flat or in a tube, depending on their size, in carefully protected packaging suited to the format. They are sent via registered mail with La Poste or another carrier. If the artwork arrives damaged despite all precautions, it is essential to take photos of the packaging and the damage so that a claim can be filed with La Poste or the carrier and the buyer can be compensated.
Return Policy
Returns within 14 business days in case of damage caused by La Poste or another carrier. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, at the buyer's expense.
