Description
”Garage Dirk Franx” was a commission piece I was invited to do for an exhibition space in the town of Zoetermeer. This cultural centre is housed in the former home and workshop of local inventor and draftsman Dirk Franx.
This print was not chosen to be used. It was decided they’d use “Dirk Franx – portrait of the inventor as a young man” – also available here.
This photopolymer, or solar plate, etching is hand pulled in a limited edition of only 20 copies on 300 grams Hahnemühle etching paper.
